Purpose of the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our Facilities Management division. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for providing a high-standard cleaning service to our designated customers, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment in various locations across Bristol.
Key Responsibilities- Working to a weekly cleaning schedule, you will be responsible for cleaning floors, sanitizing toilets and sinks, and performing dusting and polishing tasks to uphold cleanliness and presentation standards.
- You will also be responsible for emptying waste bins, recycling waste, and maintaining cleaning cupboards with necessary supplies.
- Additionally, you will utilize cleaning machinery effectively and comply with all safety policies and procedures related to cleaning tasks.
- A can-do attitude with the willingness to learn new skills.
- Physically fit for walking, bending, etc within an industrial environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Good (spoken) level of English language.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
