Dock Solutions Ltd, a leading manufacturer of Loading Bay Equipment, seeks a motivated and committed individual to establish and develop our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have good experience of Warehouse Management and a strong history of managing people.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Manage all logistical aspects of the warehouse, including regular audits and stock control.
  • Oversee the allocation of space and plan future capacity requirements.
  • Contribute to longer-term planning for the business alongside the management team.
  • Ensure all incoming paperwork is organized and passed on to the Finance office daily.
  • Monitor temperature in all storage areas of the Warehouse.
  • Be responsible for Health and Safety, hygiene, and security within the warehouse and yard.
  • Maintain stock control in the yard and shop floor.
  • Manage the distribution of online shop orders.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience of managing a warehouse or distribution center.
  • Experience in writing SOPs.
  • Forklift Truck Licence (essential, licence renewal available).

Benefits include company pension, free parking, and on-site parking. The role is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, day shift.
