Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance General Foreman to join our team at Futurebuild Recruitment. As a Freelance General Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and manage site resources effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Address any site issues promptly and liaise with clients and stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a General Foreman within the civils sector.
  • Previous experience in water treatment projects is advantageous.
  • Valid site tickets including CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid certification.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
