Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to attract, nurture, and retain top talent in the investment and wealth management sector.
  • Organisational Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive organisational culture that supports employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance, while promoting the company's values and mission.
  • Leadership Support: Provide strategic HR leadership and support to senior management and other departments, ensuring alignment between people initiatives and business goals.
  • HR Operations: Manage all aspects of HR operations, including policies, procedures, and compliance, ensuring they meet legal requirements and best practices.
  • Enhance Talent Acquisition and Development: Oversee recruitment processes and talent development programmes to attract and retain high-calibre professionals. Implement career development initiatives to support employee growth and career progression.
  • Promote Organisational Culture: Drive initiatives that enhance the company's culture, promoting values such as inclusion, collaboration, and high performance.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally as Chief People Officer or similar, within the investment and wealth management or a related financial services sector.
  • Strong expertise in talent management, including recruitment, development, and retention strategies, with a focus on attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organisation and drive a positive workplace culture.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices, with a proven ability to ensure compliance and implement effective HR solutions.
