Job Summary

The post-holder will be responsible for delivering a high-quality and responsive recruitment service to a range of stakeholders. This will involve providing expert advice on recruitment processes and procedures, as well as supporting the Trust's HR and OD team to provide a friendly, welcoming, and efficient 'front of house' service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of HR and OD Assistants to ensure the workload is evenly distributed and carried out to a high standard in line with policies and procedures.
  • Support the Trust's HR and OD team to provide a comprehensive administration and support service to the HR, OD, EDI, and Health and Wellbeing team/s.
  • Work closely with the HR Advisor (Recruitment Lead) to lead and improve the Trust's recruitment service, ensuring it is aligned with the Trust's strategic priorities.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, while also promoting work-life balance and flexible working arrangements.
