Join Darktrace as a Business Systems Analyst

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Your expertise in Salesforce will be instrumental in driving business growth and improving customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions
  • Work with the design team to ensure that business operations are addressed
  • Educate and promote CRM standard procedures to ensure high-quality solutions
  • Plan and monitor large projects to ensure needs are within scope
  • Maintain a functional understanding of business requirements and project solutions
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ
  • Proven expertise in development tools and processes, such as Gitlab, Confluence, JIRA, and ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, and DevOps
  • Ability to grasp requirements from various business units and translate them into technical outputs
