Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Life Guard to join our team at the Prince Regent Swimming Complex. As a Life Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our customers and staff, and providing a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of customers and staff by maintaining a high level of vigilance and responding promptly to emergencies.
  • Provide a high level of customer service by being friendly, approachable, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for customers.
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • NPLQ qualification or equivalent.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Passion for the leisure industry and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
