Support Staff for Special Needs School

We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to support students with special education needs across KS2 to KS5 on a temporary to permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications, strong references, and experience working with students with Autism, ADHD, and Challenging Behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with special education needs in a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Help students reach their full potential by providing individualized attention and support.
- Assist with behavioral challenges, such as swearing, physical aggression, and self-harm.
Requirements:
- Relevant TA qualifications
- Strong references supporting prior experience
- A full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
What We Offer:
