About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Selectamark Security Systems plc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving our B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, and supporting our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive business growth and increase brand awareness
  • Manage our digital presence, including social media channels and website
  • Create engaging content to attract and retain customers
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis
  • Plan, set up, and attend exhibitions
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral
  • Implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage and optimize our social media channels and website to increase engagement and traffic
  • Support our growing portfolio of international distributors and partners around the world with the latest marketing collateral
  • Monthly monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the security or technology sector
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, SEO and PPC
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc.)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
