We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer/Architect to join our team at Belcan. As a key member of our data team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing data quality and efficiency, ensuring that our data efforts are secure by default.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing and organizing raw data to uncover valuable insights
  • Developing data models with clear data flow examples
  • Constructing robust data systems and pipelines to streamline data processing
  • Integrating data from various sources to create a cohesive data environment
  • Exploring innovative ways to improve data quality and reliability
  • Promoting data literacy throughout the data lifecycle
  • Collaborating with data reporting analysts, data connection engineers, and business teams to meet business needs
  • Providing regular updates on the status and performance of data solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in a related field
  • 4+ Years of Data-Related Work Experience in data engineering or architecture
  • Professional Data Engineer Certification (a plus, but not mandatory)
  • ERP Data Integrations Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud, FCCS, and Essbase
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, stored procedures, and coding
  • Deep knowledge of TCP/IP networks, operating systems, infrastructure, and cloud security
  • Strong leadership abilities to foster successful partnerships between IT and business units
Preferred Experience:
  • E4SE Experience (advantageous but not required)
