About the Role

This hourly role has multiple shifts available, including mornings and evenings, with competitive hourly rates starting at $21.97 based on skill and experience.

The successful candidate will provide transformative support to participants, working closely with Economic Mobility Coaches to help them achieve their goals.

You'll contribute to family programming, initiatives, and special projects that foster a supportive environment.

Requirements

A strong passion for working with diverse populations is essential, including those experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, substance abuse, or mental health challenges.

You should have excellent emotional intelligence and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.

Bilingual skills in Haitian Creole or Spanish are highly valued, as are educational backgrounds in human services, child welfare, hospitality, or related fields.
