Prescribed Medication Support Worker

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Prescribed Medication Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide effective support to individuals struggling with addiction to prescribed medication.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualised plans to support patients in reducing their medication usage
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in substance misuse support or related field
- Knowledge of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Motivational Interviewing principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
