Job Summary

We are seeking an AI Transformation Lead to join our AI Business Solutions group. This role will involve working with our fast-paced, high-energy team to transform the way Chubb operates globally and deliver meaningful business impact across the value chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deep expertise in Property and Casualty Products, Accident and Health Products, or Personal Lines Products
  • Strong Insurance domain knowledge with other core insurance functions such as claims, marketing, distribution, legal, and operations
  • Understanding of Insurance sales and distribution for Consumer line of products and any experience in telemarketing domain is desirable
  • Industry certifications such as ACII, FCII, CIP, CPCU preferred
  • Creative thinker with proven skills in conceptualizing new product features, defining product roadmaps, developing business cases, and proposals for solutions built on digital technologies
  • Ability to work with cross-functional global and local teams for various projects
  • Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders from business, operations, and technology teams to analyze current workflows and develop net-new solutions
  • Collaborate with product owners, business, and solution architects to design target state processes and user journeys enabled by a spectrum of AI capabilities
  • Create presentations, research reports to highlight key insights to be presented to stakeholders, allowing them to make informed decisions
  • Support throughout the development lifecycle from project inception to user acceptance and deployment
  • Manage a portfolio of projects in terms of scope, timelines, and ensuring that the functionality meets business expectations
  • Sound understanding of emerging technologies and its impact on the Insurance lifecycle
  • Experience in the Underwriting domain essential, a minimum of 5 years working as an Underwriter
Requirements
  • Deep expertise in Property and Casualty Products, Accident and Health Products, or Personal Lines Products - ideally you would have worked as an Underwriter
  • Strong Insurance domain knowledge with other core insurance functions such as claims, marketing, distribution, legal, and operations
  • Understanding of Insurance sales and distribution for Consumer line of products and any experience in telemarketing domain is desirable
  • Industry certifications such as ACII, FCII, CIP, CPCU preferred
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science), Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline
  • Creative thinker with proven skills in conceptualizing new product features, defining product roadmaps, developing business cases, and proposals for solutions built on digital technologies
  • Ability to work with cross-functional global and local teams for various projects across multiple time zones as and when required
  • Ability to deliver efficient and creative solutions in an incredibly fast-paced environment with limited resources and minimal supervision
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Have an awareness of suitable KPIS associated with large-scale projects
  • The ability to prioritize and manage workloads within tight timescales and budgetary constraints
  • An eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and be able to interrogate reported information and challenge sources where inconsistencies are found
