You will co-create the strategy and GTM for the practice, lead strategic engagements with clients, and shape Mesh-AI's business in the sector.

This role involves operating at the intersection of Financial Services and Data & AI, engaging with senior stakeholders to shape opportunities and deliver solutions for a portfolio of clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Client Directors to engage C-level customers, understanding their needs, proposing valuable outcomes, and differentiating our offerings from competitors.
  • Building a successful delivery team, structuring teams, interviewing consultants, and selecting talent to join accounts.
  • Leading customer discovery and consulting activities through interactive sessions, employee interviews, written reports, roadmaps, and presentations.
  • Cultivating client relationships, ensuring success through delivery and growth of accounts.
About the Role

This role requires experience within Financial Services, ideally focusing on Insurance, Banking, Payments, or Capital Markets. Previous delivery leadership experience in enterprise transformation, business case creation, and mapping pain points to technology solutions are essential.

A deep understanding of modern data architectures, governance approaches, and ways of working is necessary. We offer a competitive salary package (£120,000 - £150,000), company bonus, benefits, and flexible working policies.
