We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to join our team at Heather View. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the care home, ensuring that we deliver exceptional care to our residents and maintain a high level of satisfaction with our service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide leadership and management to all staff employed in the home, promoting a caring environment that meets the latest guidelines and best practices.
  2. Ensure the effective financial and commercial management of the home, in accordance with company policy.
  3. Maintain excellent relationships with relatives, residents, purchasers, and external agencies to build and maintain a positive reputation in the local community.
Requirements:
  1. 2–3+ years of experience as a Home Manager in a Residential and Dementia setting.
  2. Ability to control and manage a budget and accounts.
  3. Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation.
  4. Ability to raise standards through innovation and new ideas.
