Job Title: Adult Care Services Manager

Home Instead Senior Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Manager to join our team in Crowborough. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our private domiciliary care service, ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care to older adults in the local area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with the Director to coordinate the development of a high-quality private domiciliary care service.
  2. Conduct care assessments and care planning, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  3. Ensure successful operation of quality control systems and perform quality assurance visits for clients.
Requirements:
  1. Extensive care experience with a proven track record in providing excellent customer service.
  2. Proven experience in leading, training, and managing a team to provide high-quality domiciliary care services.
  3. Strong skills in conducting care assessments and care planning.
  4. Drive and motivation to take on a broad role and develop care services.
  5. Passionate about providing the highest quality of care.
  6. Responsive, agile, and able to remain calm while dealing with multiple priorities.
  7. Flexible to meet the demands of the business, including participating in an on-call rota.
  8. Good working knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and experience with databases and virtual communication platforms.
