Property Manager - Residential

We are seeking an organised and self-motivated Property Manager to join our team in the West Drayton office. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring tenancies are sustained and properties maintained.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties
  • Ensure tenancies are sustained and properties maintained
  • Work closely with the Lettings team to ensure the continued success and growth of the portfolio
  • Provide excellent customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Stay up-to-date with current legislation and regulations
  • Use a full UK driving licence and own car for inspections
