Senior Fund Monitoring Surveyor Opportunity

A leading consultancy is seeking a Senior or Associate level Fund Monitoring Surveyor to join its London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects in Mixed Use, Residential, Commercial, Hotels, Retail, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide monitoring services for projects in the UK, with a focus on Mixed Use, Residential, and Commercial developments.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure timely and accurate monitoring reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of the consultancy's monitoring services.
Requirements:
  • MRICS status and a background in QS/Building Surveying.
  • Previous monitoring experience, with a strong understanding of the role and its expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
