Van Driver with Counterbalance Forklift License Required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving Duties: Safely operate a company van to make deliveries within a 50-mile radius, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Forklift Operation: Load and unload goods from the van using a counterbalance forklift, maintaining a high level of care and attention to detail to prevent damage or loss.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to changing delivery schedules and work hours, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adjust to meet the needs of the business.

Requirements:

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence: Possess an up-to-date licence and experience operating a counterbalance forklift, ensuring a high level of proficiency and safety.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: Hold a valid driving licence and be comfortable with local and regional deliveries, demonstrating a strong understanding of road safety and traffic regulations.
  • Physically Fit: Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and moving heavy loads, and working in a fast-paced environment.
