About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Forklift Driver to join our team at TRAK Employment Solutions Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating Counterbalance and Reach Forklift trucks to receive, unload, and pick products to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, unload, and pick products to a high standard using both pick sheets and an RFU scanner.
  • Ability to work accurately and safely.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to spot quality issues and confidently report issues to a Team Lead/Supervisor.
  • Ability to safely operate a Forklift truck.
About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a willingness to improve and make a difference. You will have:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment using both Counterbalance and Reach forklift trucks.
  • Good knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Experience in the use of scanning equipment.
  • Strong materials handling skills with the ability to operate forklifts efficiently.
  • Ability to problem solve and think outside the box.
  • Good team skills to be able to work with others and lead from the front.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
