Technology Adoption Specialist

As a Technology Adoption Specialist, you will have responsibility for bringing your sector and technical expertise along with broader consulting skills to:
- Help organisations to get maximum value from their investment in technology
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the technology's usage aligns with the organisation's goals and objectives
- Develop work plans for implementing new technology solutions
- Provide training and support to employees to ensure successful adoption and usage of new technology
- Measure the success of the adoption process, adjusting as needed
- Assess the organisation's current technology usage and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the best practices, capabilities, and usages of the technology, to ensure the organisation is using the most effective solutions
- Support business development by contributing to new business proposals and taking roles in industry and account teams
- Contribute to internal practice development by participating in proposition, methodology and point of view development activities and supporting knowledge capture and sharing
We are currently looking for candidates with proven ability to apply knowledge and expertise in a range of client scenarios, focusing on high quality even in high pressured, time critical situations, and with skills across the following areas:
- Proven experience in change management (or equivalent); including leadership alignment, stakeholder identification and analysis, detailed change impact assessment, end-user training, and developing and executing organisational change management plans
- Experience leading and planning training programmes for technology adoption
- Excellent facilitation, communication and data analysis skills
- Experience of managing client relationships, including previous consulting experience
- Strong end-user interaction skills, excellent networking, building working relationships with diverse and cross functional teams
- Ability to handle multiple, conflicting deadlines without compromising on quality
- Experience of leading business development activity in the technology adoption space
