About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join our Aftersales department at Pentagon Motor Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our workshop, ensuring the highest level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the team of technicians, organizing workloads and daily tasks
- Actively promote productivity and high standards of quality work
- Liaise with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Ensure set deadlines are met and efficiency is maximized
- Effectively communicate with other dealership departments
- Comply with company and brand standards
- Accurately and precisely manage administration tasks
Requirements
- Previous Aftersales experience
- Effective supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexible approach to business needs
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Motivated by targets and looking to exceed them
- Ability to demonstrate effective time management
- Strong coaching skills
- Team player mentality
- Full UK driving license
