Fintech Payments Lawyer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fintech Payments Lawyer to join our team at Axiom. As a Fintech Payments Lawyer, you will work with various clients across all industries, providing expert legal advice and support in drafting and negotiating agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including partnership and supply agreements.
  • Identify and flag regulatory issues related to fintech and payments.
  • Provide general experience in commercial contracts, including referral and reseller agreements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Good academic standards and 3 to 10 years post-qualification as a UK Solicitor or EU/Overseas with relevant UK experience.
  • SaaS/Cloud/Tech and FS regulatory experience is required.
  • In-house experience is strongly preferred; in-house secondments are taken into consideration.
