About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team at Technip Energies. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the construction execution of projects, ensuring that all deliverables are prepared on time and that subcontractors adhere to specifications and drawings.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the focal point for Construction in proposals negotiation and interfacing with the Construction teams of EPC centers.
  • Interface with other departments, construction sites, and Clients to create deliverables as requested by projects.
  • Support the development of the projects overall construction subcontracting strategy during proposals/project execution stage.
  • Lead Constructability input for feasibility studies, FEED's, detailed design, and field construction.
  • Lead, chair, and run constructability workshops and programs resulting in the writing of final constructability reports.

Requirements

  • Experience in industry, preferably on major projects in petrochemical, energy transition, and related industries.
  • HNC or Degree in a relevant engineering or construction subject.
  • Good spatial awareness with a practical problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent skills in interpersonal relations, conflict resolution, communication, and leadership.
  • Familiarity with CDM regulations across design and construction phases.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in writing and speaking English (UK).
