We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a lovely school in Windsor. The successful candidate will have experience working with children with special educational needs, including ASD and ADHD.
Job DescriptionThis SEN Teaching Assistant role involves supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom, helping them understand teacher instructions, and working one-on-one or in small groups with pupils who have complex needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience working with children with SEN, ASD, and ADHD
- Ability to support children's behaviour for learning and understanding of teacher instructions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
