Job Summary

As a key member of Light & Wonder's corporate team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services. This position is responsible for performing accounts payable and/or accounts receivable activities, including entering invoices and purchase orders into financial systems, obtaining internal approval, and verifying the accuracy of invoices.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Enter invoices and purchase orders into financial systems and obtain internal approval.
  2. Verify the accuracy of invoices and schedule payments to suppliers and creditors.
  3. Prepare monthly reports and maintain accurate records.
  4. Process client account receivable transactions and payments, and prepare and send invoices to clients.
  5. Research and resolve billing discrepancies.
  6. Provide support to other employees with similar duties.

Requirements

This role requires general education, vocational, and/or on-the-job training. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
