About the Role

The Transaction Services Manager position at Forvis Mazars offers a unique opportunity to join a leading global professional services network. As a key member of the Deals & Financing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial due diligence reports to corporate, private equity, and banking clients.

As a Transaction Services Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop a portfolio of local relationships and work directly with clients. You will be responsible for coordinating and directing proposals, managing financial due diligence assignments, and overseeing the input from specialist teams.

The role requires strong project management skills, analytical skills, and excellent written and oral presentation skills. You will also have the opportunity to develop new initiatives and methodologies, and identify issues through sound analysis and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality financial due diligence reports to clients
  • Manage financial due diligence assignments and oversee specialist teams
  • Develop and implement new initiatives and methodologies
  • Identify issues through sound analysis and commercial acumen
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients and intermediaries
Requirements
  • Qualified to ACA (or equivalent)
  • Financial due diligence experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
