We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a dynamic office conversion project. This role is perfect for a professional with a proven track record in managing construction sites, particularly those involving complex refurbishments or conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the contracts
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
  • Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
  • Manage site documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and progress reports
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project plans and specifications
  • Address and resolve any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track
  • Lead the site teams in an effective and efficient manner

Requirements:

  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS card
  • 3-day First Aid certification
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on office conversion or refurbishment projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control
