What will you be doing?

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive profitable business growth
  • Managing the full operation of the branch, ensuring it meets What Great Looks Like standards for safety, storage efficiency, housekeeping, and customer experience
  • Controlling sales, margin, and overheads to exceed your AOP and deliver best-in-class financial performance
  • Setting the tone and championing a Stay Safe culture across the branch, promoting a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing
  • Leading, motivating, engaging, and delegating to empower your team to deliver great service for our customers
