Job Title: Clinical Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Leader to join our team at GSK. As a key member of our Global Clinical Delivery organization, you will be responsible for leading the design, execution, and reporting of clinical trials in oncology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global study delivery strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of clinical trials.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop solutions to ensure successful trial execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and GSK SOPs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including CROs and vendors.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members to ensure their professional development and growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical operations, with a focus on oncology clinical trials.
  • Proven track record of leading global study delivery teams and ensuring successful trial execution.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in life sciences or related field.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven expertise in clinical trial management, with a focus on oncology clinical trials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
