Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Manager to join our client's finance team on a 6-month assignment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining, reviewing, and analysing standard costs of production, ensuring accurate records are maintained, and providing analysis of cost and manufacturing variances.

About the Role: In this unique opportunity, you will be based in the organisation's Buxton office, reporting to the Site Financial Controller. You will work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure records are accurately maintained, including bills and materials and waste. Your strong communication skills and ability to build relationships outside of finance will be essential in improving reporting to encourage better strategic and business decision-making.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or QBE with relevant experience of cost accounting. Previous experience within Manufacturing is also highly desirable.
