Qualifications

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum of GCSE qualifications including English Language and Mathematics at Grade C or above (or equivalent).

  • Familiarity with outpatient IT appointment systems, particularly eCAMIS / EPR.

Experience

  • Proven experience in clerical duties within an office or administrative setting.
  • Demonstrated IT proficiency and computer skills.

  • Prior experience working within the NHS or at a reception desk.
