Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Compliance Chain Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer expectations.
  • Customer Communication: You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Order Management: You will be responsible for confirming orders, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date, and communicating with customers and internal teams as necessary.
  • Installation and Groundwork Scheduling: You will work closely with our installation and groundwork teams to ensure schedules are managed effectively and customer requirements are met.
  • Works Orders and Reporting: You will be responsible for creating and issuing works orders, ensuring all relevant departments are updated, and completing accurate and timely reporting.
  • Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service, handling queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Regulatory Compliance: You will ensure all regulatory and statutory requirements are met, and company policies and procedures are adhered to.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Exceptional customer service skills, excellent organizational skills, and good knowledge of basic software packages.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, prioritized, methodical, and rational, with a professional, positive, and team-motivated approach.
