We are looking for a caring and empathetic individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized support to our clients in their own homes, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.
About the Role
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in people's lives. You will work on a one-to-one basis with clients, assisting with daily tasks, providing companionship, and supporting them with medication management, personal care, and household duties. Our clients value trust, reliability, and kindness, and we require applicants who can embody these qualities.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks, promoting a balanced diet
- Engage in social activities, outings, and hobbies with clients, encouraging mental stimulation and emotional well-being
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and any concerns or issues
Requirements
- A passion for delivering exceptional care and support to vulnerable adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively
- Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful attitude, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary: £12.00 per hour (dependent on location and experience)
