Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Educator to join our Bright Horizons Horsham Day Nursery and Preschool team.

About the Role:

  • Plan, create, and implement engaging activities tailored to each child's needs to promote their development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and caregivers.
  • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding.
  • Contribute to a positive, happy, and safe environment by working with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
