Early Years Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Horsham Day Nursery and Preschool. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to provide high-quality care and education to children.
- Develop and implement engaging learning activities and experiences that meet the needs of all children.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure the nursery environment is safe, healthy, and stimulating for children.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or similar.
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements.
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
