We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Horsham Day Nursery and Preschool.
About the RoleAs an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities to promote the development of our children, building strong relationships with parents and colleagues, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our children.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our children
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our children at all times
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive environment
We are looking for an individual with a Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, previous experience working with children, and a passion for making learning fun and engaging. You will also need to be able to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents, and have a strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection.
