We are a dynamic and diverse team, committed to delivering high-quality products and providing exceptional customer service. Our factory operates 24/7, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Factory Operatives. As a key member of our production line, you will be responsible for creating high-quality chilled products and contributing to the company's success.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our experienced production team to ensure that all products meet our high standards. As a Factory Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Working on the production line, creating high-quality chilled products
- Adhering to food safety and good manufacturing practices
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Contributing to the company's success through effective teamwork and communication
Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn. You should have a keen eye for detail and a basic understanding of English and Maths. Additionally, you must be willing to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to food safety and good manufacturing practices.
Benefits:
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary (£25,500 - £27,500 per annum), depending on experience.
