We are recruiting for Food Production Operative roles in the Northampton area for Europe's largest Sandwich Manufacturer. Our customer is a leading manufacturer of convenience foods. They are proud to supply a wide range of chilled, frozen, and ambient foods to some of the most successful retail and food service customers in the UK.

Shift Patterns:

Day shift: 06:00 - 14:30 any 5 from 7
Night shift: 22:00 - 06:00 any 5 from 7
These roles are FULL-TIME ONLY.
With these roles, a degree of flexibility is expected.

Pay Rates

Day shift: £12.47 per hour (£15.58 per overtime hour)
Night shift: £13.60 per hour (£17 per overtime hour)
OVERTIME PAID AFTER 42 WORKED HOURS

As a Food Production Operative, you will need to have:

Great sense of time keeping.
Reliability is key.
Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.
Ability to travel to Moulton Park Industrial Estate, Northampton NN3 6RX.Role of a Food Production Operative:

Ensure that the correct ingredients are placed in the correct position.
Follow all Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) to ensure that we work in a safe working environment.
Store/stack food in designated containers and storage areas.
This role involves some degree of lifting, pushing, and pulling.

Support your team and enjoy working in a clean safe and friendly environment.
