Equine Care Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Yard and Groom as an Equine Care Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the care and well-being of our competition horses. Your duties will include turning out and bringing in, grooming, mucking out, feeding, and some riding for the right individual.
We have a strong training ethos and our students include trainee vets, physios as well as horse care degree students. We have an excellent track record with all students attaining very high grades. There is a lot of help and support available for both the practical care and riding as well as any written work required.
The ideal candidate will be hard working, friendly, and have a good sense of humour. You will be made to feel very welcome by our team and keen to help keep the yard running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

- Participating in training and development programs
Requirements:
- Experience in equine care and handling
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
