Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in need?
At HFH Healthcare, we are seeking enthusiastic and reliable carers to join our team as Care Specialists, Support Workers, or Healthcare Assistants.
We provide specialist nurse-led services to adults and children in the comfort of their own homes, working in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams.
Our enhanced level of specialist clinical support enables people to remain at home even when the level of healthcare required is highly complex.
We deliver care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with a consistent volume of work and choice of working patterns.
As a Care Specialist, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant, you will work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes.
The average shift is 12 hours, and we offer a range of benefits, including excellent rates of pay, paid holiday, and a company pension scheme.
Our carer development centre provides bespoke training to cover a wide range of client-specific needs, including tracheostomy care, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, and complex medication administration.
Requirements include being over 18, having the right to work in the UK, and having a good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Self-employed status.
Join us and become part of a team that prioritizes the satisfaction and safety of our carers.
We offer a range of benefits, including:
- Excellent rates of pay
- Enhanced rates for weekends and bank holidays
- Paid holiday
- Company pension scheme
