We are seeking a skilled Account Handler to join our Client's Real Estate Team at Nashrock Insurance Recruitment. This role involves working collaboratively with Client Executives to administer renewals, midterm adjustments, and new business enquiries.
About the Role:
- Support the team in promoting and developing relationships with Clients
- Identify and address account and client needs through proactive communication
- Maximize client retention levels through effective account management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, handling day-to-day account activities with confidentiality
- Attend Client visits and provide cradle-to-grave support
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Insurance, specifically in Property Owners, Commercial, Real Estate, or Construction
- Ability to work independently and think critically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
