Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates, ensuring that they deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
  • Ensure that every customer has a positive and memorable experience in the showroom, offering expert advice on products and helping them make informed decisions.
  • Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain the showroom's appearance, ensuring that all products are beautifully displayed and the showroom is inviting and reflective of the brand.
  • Oversee stock levels, ensure accurate stock reporting, and manage product replenishment to keep the showroom fully stocked.
  • Ensure that all showroom operations are carried out efficiently, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for your team, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational issues, and present them to senior management with actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership position in a similar retail management role, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, particularly in visual merchandising.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage showroom operations efficiently.
  • A passion for interiors, design, and the brand.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, working 5 days over 7, including a mixture of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
