**Role Overview:**

This is an exciting time to join our company as we've secured contracts with key strategic accounts for 2025. As a Recruitment Consultant, your goal will be to ensure we retain and grow business with our key customers by providing an exceptional service, aligning with our ISO Accreditation and Standards.

**Job Description:**

You'll be responsible for delivering a top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. This includes identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike. You should also have a strong understanding of the construction industry, its challenges, and its opportunities.
