Job Title: Site Based Project Manager

Location: Newcastle

Salary: £58,000-£62,000 + Package

Our client is seeking a dedicated Site Based Project Manager to lead a dynamic mixed development project in Newcastle. This exciting role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse construction project, including a research facility, offices, laboratories, a café, and reception areas, along with associated drainage, internal, and external works.

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.
  2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality work within the project timeline.
  3. Manage all phases of the construction process, from the initial groundwork to the final touches.
  4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular project updates.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in managing mixed development projects, with a keen eye for detail in both internal and external aspects.
  2. Availability to be site-based from Monday to Friday for the duration of the project.
  3. CSCS Card Qualified ideally.
  4. SMSTS & First Aid (Preferable not essential).
