Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness across all kitchen areas, adhering to Health & Hygiene regulations.
- Clean and store operating equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to daily and deep-cleaning rosters, including floors, walls, and kitchen equipment.
- Handle chemicals and equipment according to safety guidelines.
- Contribute to cost control through mindful use of energy, water, and materials.
- Ensure safe waste disposal and garbage collection practices.
- Safely operate equipment and maintain a safe work environment.
Health & Safety:
- Participate actively in safe work practices and report any incidents or hazards.
- Wear protective clothing and follow safety protocols as required.
