Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled PMO Planning Manager to join our team at InvitISE Ltd. This is a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension, paying up to £409 per day depending on experience.

This role offers remote working with an expectation of attending the office 1-2 days per month. Security Clearance (SC) is required for this position.

The successful candidate will possess proven skills in PMO Planning, Portfolio Office Planning, programme capability building, planning, large-scale programmes, and MS Office. Experience with Agile, Prince 2, and APM is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the PMO team and ensure effective planning and delivery of programmes
  • Develop and maintain programme schedules and resource plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
  • Ensure compliance with security clearance requirements

Requirements
  • Proven experience in PMO Planning and Portfolio Office Planning
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Prince 2, and APM methodologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a remote team environment
