About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Cornwall. As a key member of the operational team, this role will require someone with similar experience and knowledge to manage multiple projects from design through to handover and aftercare.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing project budgets, implementing contracting and procurement strategies, and leading monthly project meetings. They will also be responsible for monitoring and inspecting projects to ensure quality and safety. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a development organisation in Cornwall and contribute to the success of their projects.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and organised individual with a passion for construction and project management, we encourage you to apply.
