We are seeking a skilled End User Computing Specialist to join our esteemed EMEA EUC team at Matthews International. This pivotal role entails delivering essential support services vital to the seamless operation of our business, encompassing End User Computer Hardware management and direct technical assistance to end users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair Mac and PC issues
  • Provide remote hands for Matthews Enterprise IT Server Infrastructure and Network Infrastructure Teams
  • Build and configure Mac and PC hardware
  • Roll out software updates and patches
  • Resolve Cherwell tickets for Incidents/Requests supporting the End User environment
  • Assist with office moves and procurement of End User hardware
  • Escalate issues to relevant teams
  • Participate in EUC Meetings
  • Provide cover for other EUC Staff
  • Provide remote and onsite support to regional sites

Requirements

  • IT technical service experience with strong Apple Mac and Windows Desktop skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and planning skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
