Spare Parts Coordinator Position

Spare parts coordinators play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of various industries. This position is responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers, processing customer enquiries, and owning the end-to-end sales process for spare parts.
Main Responsibilities:
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping within your working environment
• Communicate effectively with operations in all departments
• Actively promote spare parts sales for all contracts
• Issue priced recommended critical spare parts list for all new and recent contracts
• Perform data entry on to our MRP system for sub-con work
• Be proactive in finding new business opportunities
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in IT skills, including word processing, excel, email and other software applications
Estimated salary: £29,000 - £35,000 per annum.
This role requires a professional who can work independently, think critically and make informed decisions. The successful candidate will be able to maintain high standards of work quality and adhere to company policies.
